Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Digital Producer to join our team and oversee the development and delivery of our digital projects. As a Digital Producer at Antinomy Studio, you will collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure that our projects meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and are within budget.

About you

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital production or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in managing digital projects from concept to completion

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Linear or Jira.

  • Strong understanding of digital production processes and standards

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

  • Fluent in English.

  • Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure that they are followed.

  • Oversee project development and ensure that all team members are meeting their deadlines and that projects are progressing as planned.

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, discuss project goals, and obtain feedback.

  • Work with the design and development teams to ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality and meet client expectations.

  • Ensure that project budgets are managed effectively and that projects are delivered within budget.

  • Monitor project risks and issues and develop strategies to address them.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of successful digital projects.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong project management skills and a leadership and proactive approach, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A passion for digital production and technology and about bringing ambitious ideas to life.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Passionate about bringing ambitious ideas to life.
  • The ability to maintain and evolve internal and external processes, structures and & systems.

Bonus

  • French communication is a plus but not mandatory.
